What We Collect

It's Settled collects the survey responses you provide during each session (mood, genre preferences, format, etc.) solely to generate personalized recommendations. This data is sent to our recommendation engine and is not stored on our servers after your session ends.

Data Stored on Your Device

Your taste profile, saved items, watched history, and app preferences are stored locally on your device using standard iOS storage. This data never leaves your device unless you initiate a recommendation session, at which point only your survey answers and taste profile are sent to generate results.

Third-Party Services

We use Anthropic's API (via Cloudflare Workers) to generate recommendations. Survey data sent to this service is processed in real time and is not retained by us or Anthropic after the response is delivered. We do not use any analytics, advertising, or tracking services.

No Accounts, No Personal Information

It's Settled does not require an account. We do not collect your name, email address, location, or any other personally identifiable information.

Data Sharing

We do not sell, share, or distribute your data to any third parties.

Changes

If we update this policy, we'll revise the date at the top. Continued use of the app means you accept the updated terms.
